My story starts in London, the city that never sleeps and a place everyone has on their bucket list, that’s if you’re not from London of course (smile). The history of castles, moats and crown jewels salad tossed with a modern twist makes this place that much more unique, and maybe this is the reason why it is one of the fashion capitals of the world. So, where do I fit into this conveyer belt of expression, well right down in South East London, this is my home. London, a place that allows you to be as diverse as your heart desires.

 As far and wide as the sky goes, that is as limitless as your creativity should expand.

So what am I trying to say? What is the purpose of this neatly engraved Pandora’s Box of a blog? Well it is a service to those Seeking Inspiration, Life and Love, all wrapped in the art of clothing. Fashion and Modesty isn’t just two separate terms floating in the spectrum of the worlds’ memory bank of words...no both are a match made in heaven, once we understand what they mean.

~Fashion: The prevailing style or custom, as in dress or behaviour, something, such as a garment, that is in the current mode.

~Modesty: Root of the word Modest: Origin 1555-65 Latin from the word modestus meaning restrained, decorous, equivalent to modes.

Definition: Reserve or propriety in speech, dress or behaviour

•       Lack of pretentiousness, simplicity

•      The quality or condition of being modest

•      { Clothing & Fashion} designed to prevent inadvertent exposure of part of the body

So now that we’ve cleared the boring part lol we can see that fashion only seems to be something that comes and goes it never stops to appreciate time because it’s always looking for the next best thing right? Well if we marry Modesty with it then we get to have TB! (No not Tuberculosis people lol *rolls eyes*) but Timeless Beauty.  You see Modesty doesn’t just mean dressing drab just to cover the special bits God gave us...no, it’s more than that, it’s your whole character...it’s a lifestyle. It’s only then when you look at it in this light; you will then be able to connect the dots. Because you strive to live a Modest Life…Fashion and clothes doesn’t just become material fabric you put on your back day in and out, no...Fashion becomes you because of the LIFE you put into the clothes you wear.
